We work everyday to provide you with the best quality products at the best affordable price, and truly wish you will be pleased with the product you have order from our website. However if for any reason you are not, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number, a quick explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product, and any detail you consider important. We usually respond within two working days. Our customer service team will then contact you to explain all the necessary procedures.
How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping rate varies depending on the product and quantity/size of your order and is calculated automatically at the checkout. Please note that you will pay a maximum shipping of £7.99 - irrespective of the size of your order. And if your order crosses £60, then the shipping is FREE.
Please note that FREE DELIVERY doesnt apply on certain group buying promotion offers. Also we can combine your different orders into one and ship them all together even though you may have placed those orders separately and paid separate shipping on them. We may refund you additional shipping at our discretion.
What can I do if I have received incomplete order?
Please open and check your order the day of receiving it and inform us within 7 working days if your order is incomplete. Our customer service team will investigate the issue and if needed, send you the missing item or refund you the partial difference for the missing item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse your claim of incomplete order if we dont hear from you within 7 working days of your receiving the parcel.
How to proceed to a return?
Please open and check your order the day of receiving it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. All items and parts of items must be checked for any damage prior to assembly. It is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form.
If the delivered item does not fit your order, is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. SpicyDecor.co.uk must be notified of damages within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send us a photo of the damage for our records and to assist us in taking appropriate action. We will require you to return the item with care, as it might be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. Please include your customer order details with the package, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and our customer service will contact you to advise you of the possible replacement or refund.
What if I don't like or don't want the product I ordered when it arrives?
We're sure you will like it, but if you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team. You have a duty of care for the product during the cancellation period, which includes it being sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging, or in a good enough quality transport packaging in order to avoid any damage during the transport back to our warehouse. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition. SpicyDecor.co.uk retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re saleable. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
If the item conforms to the quality standards advertised on our website and has no manufacturing defect or is not damaged, then you will have to pay the return postage. We will refund you the value of the item less the initial shipping charges.
Please note that no refund is accepted for customized products unless they are damaged/defective. The print quality of the picture in customized product depends on the resolution of the image. Please ensure that you send us a good resolution image as per the guidelines in the description of the product you are ordering. However, please dont worry as we will contact you if the image is of poor quality before processing your order.
If your personalised product is defective, we will attempt to resolve it before giving a refund. If after 1 attempt, we can't resolve the issue upto your satisfaction - a refund will be given.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives?
Our specially-trained Quality Guardians check your order to make sure it's up to our standards before we despatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending us a couple of photos of the damage. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, ask you to post the item back to us (we will refund the return postage). We will either give you a refund (full refund including the initial postage charges paid by you) or order you a replacement.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is despatched. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. If your item has already been despatched from our warehouse then we'll only be able to refund the price of the product and not the delivery charge.
How long will my refund take?
We'll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within 3-5 working days, depending on how you paid.
